The kinds of information we collect

If you apply for a loan or a new account: We ask you to provide information about your financial status, such as employment, income, monthly expenses and assets, as well as identifying information such as your address, telephone number and Social Security number. If we need to know about your credit and repayment history, we also obtain information from consumer reporting agencies and other creditors.

Once you become a client: We maintain information about your transactions including account balances and repayment history. We adhere strictly to our Privacy Policy.

Who has access to this information?

Within Elite Mortgage Capital:

Elite Mortgage Capital employees are permitted access to the information they need to perform their jobs on your behalf. We maintain strict internal policies against unauthorized disclosure or use of client information by employees. Information held by any Elite Mortgage Capital subsidiary is available to other members of the Elite Mortgage Capital corporate family for authorized purposes only, unless a client has specifically requested otherwise.

Outside service providers:

We have arrangements with companies that execute securities transactions, enable online banking, and make account statements possible for Elite Mortgage Capital clients. These companies are required to safeguard your information and only use it for authorized purposes.

Elite Mortgage Capital also provides data about client loan repayment and transactions to consumer reporting agencies and other creditors.

How to limit information sharing and marketing?

If you prefer, you may direct us not to share your personal information and/or restrict the marketing offers you receive via mail or phone.
