Alan Speck, President

Elite Mortgage Capital was established by Mr. Alan Speck, a 24-year mortgage professional who has held a number of executive positions in Capital Market Operations, Retail, and Wholesale Originations.

Mr. Speck carries the corporate titles of President and Managing Member, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations, as well as the short and long term strategies relative to the growth of the company.

A highly successful veteran of the mortgage industry, Mr. Speck has built wholesale origination platforms for First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation and Aurora Loan Services, along with, a retail origination division for W. J. Bradley Mortgage Capital.

Jeffrey D. Raden

The company’s Principal Shareholder, Mr. Jeffrey D. Raden, has been practicing law for nearly 35 years in the DC Metro area, owning his own firm for 30 of those years.

Mr. Raden is a member of the Bars of The Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the Court of Appeals of Maryland, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.

In addition, Mr. Raden is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He volunteers his time to teach continuing education courses and seminars for the various bar associations, and the Maryland and District of Columbia Trial Lawyers Associations.
